Baekhyun and I ❤
BAEKHYUN
You couldn’t quite explain how both excited and nervous you felt at the moment, the butterflies in your stomach showed no signs of stopping their ferocious attacks. You surprisingly won a contest in your country to have a chance to meet your EXO member of choice, this was more rewarding then getting a passing grade on one of your ruthless pop quizzes on World History.
You were unable to sit still in your seat on the bus, the many stares you were getting since you were practically bouncing up and down at this point. The large grin on your lips never left even though it was beginning to hurt.
The short trip on the bus took no time at all, you found yourself walking through the building following the instructions given to you by the female receptionist, fiddling with your fingers the deafening moment came earlier than you would’ve expected. It was almost like a dream you were bound to wake up from any minute.
Standing in front of the door, you took a few deep breathes giving yourself quiet words of optimism. Once the entryway was opened, your eyes widened to the size of golf balls at the sight before you, sure you always saw him on the television and all– but seeing him in person was a whole new sight to behold. You couldn’t even form the words to speak.
“You’re here,” He smiled your way that made you even more incapable of replying, after minutes of standing in the threshold, your inner conscious screamed at you to move and reply back, in which you complied with– somehow. “H-hello.” You greeted him in the small Korean that you knew, you slowly made it to your seat in front of him.
Over the time, you grew to be less nervous and enjoyed the time you had talking with him, getting to know him personally, intrigued that you two had similar things in common. Sadly, the time to wrap things up came around. “It was great talking with you,” you smiled standing up from your seat, with a goodbye you turned to leave until he called out to you.
“Before you leave, could I get your number?” He asked, a smile on his lips.
Yeah, this was way better than getting a B+ in World History.
